All new employees are inducted into the organisation. This includes an introduction to Company process and procedures, other staff members and Managers. It provides a mechanism to ensure the employee is equipped with all the tools necessary to do their job.

The induction process includes:

1. General workplace information & terminology

2. Overview of company policies and procedures

3. Review of Organisational structure

4. OH&S presentation & Safety tour

5. Presentation by key Managers
