The aim of the awards is to recognize businesses, both large and small, in the areas of excellence, enterprise and innovation, and provides an opportunity for businesses in the region to gain exposure through entering the awards.
AAPL was recognized by receiving the following awards on the night:
Category - Major Award Winner Overall - Winner - AAPL
Category - Environmentally Sustainable Business - Winner - AAPL (An environmentally sustainable business with best practice status - AAPL also won this award last year)
Category - Manufacturing - Winner - AAPL (Electronics manufacturing, state of the art modern manufacturing techniques for the motoring industry)
Category - Export - Finalist - AAPL
AAPL had representatives on the night from Manufacturing, Engineering, Export, Business Services and Senior Management.
