AAPL's display at the Toyota Open Day

On Sunday, September 18, 2005, Toyota Australia opened its doors to staff and supplier families. Australian Arrow had a stand at the Toyota Day highlighting products AAPL currently supplies to Toyota and technology which we are currently developing.

This display included Passive Access which included a car that gave everyone attending the opportunity to see the technology at work and the ease with which the system can be used.

AAPL had a group of around 14 Associates and family members who attended the Toyota Day. The bus left AAPL at 10am for the trek out to Altona and the Toyota Factory. Everyone enjoyed a day of seeing how AAPL products and others are put together to make the cars and engines that we all take for granted.

With over 20,000 people making their way to the Toyota factory, it was a big day for all involved. There were many sore feet when bus finally arrived back at AAPL.
